For better growth in job


Some people when they had joined in any organization fastly moves towards their next promotion level and some cannot achieve that even they work hard, If you want to reach to the higher position in your present job, first you should have the enthusiasm towards that job and the future plans. Think the future for growing in the present organization like for the growth in your organization regarding the higher levels what are the additional skills to be needed, or the present skills are sufficient for your promotion level. Additionally you need to have some other skills like:

Responsibility: People who have much confidence on them will do the work more enthusiastically by coordinating with other employees in their team. Take the responsibility by observing the others work, if they are facing any problems with their task try to solve them or help them if needed when requested. Always think logically with any task. If you have all these qualities the higher authority in the organization with in no time offer you the team lead or mentor.

Time Management: Once the task is assigned to you, dont start straight away what ever you know. First once analyse the task, if you have came to know that it was big task for your skills try to start with the small things that would be finished by you in the timely manner, because even though if you have shown up good result in your task but not in the prescribed time then you will not be noticed much which will be very dangerous.

Go towards your Goal: If you planned your target/goal in your career try to blueprint the steps that should be reached to your goal. Make the big goals into tiny possible ways and try to finish it with in the time, at this stage dont forget to consider your strengths and skills.

Learn New Courses: when ever you got any leaves try to manage those for your new courses that will help in your career growth.

ALWAYS BE POSITIVE IN YOUR WORK THAT YOU ARE STARTING, ACCEPT THE FAILURES ALSO.... BECAUSE FAILURES ARE THE STEPPING STONES FOR YOUR SUCCESS.
