Sale of Application Forms:

Prescribed application from for the entrance test together with instructions booklet can be obtained in person on payment of Rs. 250/- in cash at (i)all e-seva centres in Andhra Pradesh. (ii)the main branches of Andhra Bank outlets in A.P, all the Head Post Offices in A.P, all the Post Offices located on the University Campuses.

Submission of Forms:

Duly filled in forms (placed in the envelope supplied) may be submitted along with relevant documents by paying postal charges through Registered Post/Speed Post to,

on or before 05-04-2010 upto 5:00 pm. The application forms may also be submitted on or before.
