NALCO is looking for promising energetic Graduate Engineer Trainees  (GETs) and Management Trainees (MTs) with bright academic record to  join the Organization in the pay scale of Rs. 16400 - 3% - 40500/-.

Qualification for Nalco GETs.
65% of marks in aggregate of all the years/semesters (55% of marks for SC/ST candidates) from a recognized University may apply. Mechanical, Mining Machinery, Electrical,Chemical, Civil, Systems,
Geology, Mining

For Systems discipline those having recognized three years full time  course in Master's Degree in Computer Applications (MCA) with 65%  Marks, 55% for SC/ST.

For Geology Discipline, candidates having M.Sc(Geology) with 65% and  55% for SC/ST.

Selection Process for Nalco GET and MT.

Eligible candidates will be required to appear for written test  consisting of two papers namely.
