Service Desk Analyst - Technical Support (Voice Process, 0 - 3 yrs exp): Good Knowledge on Operating Systems, Hardware, Networking and MS Applications. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.). Location: Bangalore.
Service Delivery Coordinators (Voice Based Process, 2 - 5 yrs exp): Good knowledge of Incident management & SLA management. Monitoring of service calls to completion. Ensure SLA's are Met & Exceeded.
