Many of the students want to opt for the different career option as there is much competition in the various field like software, medicine, etc. A Career in Robotics will give the students to take up the challenge and thinking of the future aspect and better Career growth.

Now its a very good opportunity for the students to attend the Workshop on the Robotics and start exploring ones creativity.

IIT Kharagpur and Robosapiens Presents i-Robotics Workship, Venue: Vasavi College of Engineering 29-30th October 2011

Participants must attend the workshop in teams. Each team must contain 4-5 members. A free Robotic kit will be given away to each team.

Registration Free: Rs. 990/- Per head.

Topics that'll be covered in the 2 days on i-Robotics Workshop:

• Session 1 - Introduction to Robotics.
• Session 2 - Sensors and Motor Control Using H-Bridge
• Session 3 - Line Tracking Robots with AVR microcontroller.
• Session 4 - Developing other Intelligent Robots.
• Session 5 - Queries.

After the end of the i-Robotics Workshop, students will be able to implement their knowledge for developing more intelligent Robots and embedded systems by themselves.

A competition will be held at the end. Winners will get direct entry into finals of Robotryst-2012 event of IIT Kharagpur.
